Cashew Cream

Ingredients:

1/2 cup raw unsalted cashews; soaked in warm water
3/4 cup water; warm

Preparation

  1. Soak the cashews in warm water for 2 hours (you can soak cashews in unflavored,unsweetened almond milk too)
  2. Put the soaked cashews with water in the blender until smooth paste or cream like texture formed.*You can use this cream instead of any heavy creams.
    *You should use a high speed blender like Vitamix
