It was a nice Sunday afternoon with my family and I wanted to make something easy and quick so I can spend most of my time with my family.
When I opened my refrigerator I found this yummy(Aloo Gobhi) leftover which I thought to use as a filling for whole wheat pita pocket which was already in my fridge.
I quickly made hummus with store-bought garbanzo beans. Thanks to FoK(www.forksoverknives.com) for the hummus recipe and making our lives easy and healthy or you can use green chutney as a spread.
I used a spoon full hummus spread inside a pita and I warmed the Aloo Gobhi in the microwave and stuffed in the pita.
If you don’t have pita, no worries make a sandwich or a wrap
It tasted wonderful! My family loved it!
