Caprese Salad (Grape Tomato and Tofu)

Caprese Salad with Tofu


1 pint grape tomatoes; cut into halves
1/2 Firm Tofu Pack (12.3 Ounces); pressed, cube cut
3 tbsp fresh Basil leaves
1 tsp sea salt (adjust to taste)
1 tsp dry parsley leaves
1/4 tsp black pepper; crushed
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper(optional)

  1. Take a small bowl.
  2. Add tomatoes, tofu, basil, salt, dry parsley leaves, black pepper and crushed red chili pepper. Mix them together.
  3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or lid.
  4. Keep the salad bowl in the fridge for 30mins
  5. The salad is ready to eat.
