1 pint grape tomatoes; cut into halves
1/2 Firm Tofu Pack (12.3 Ounces); pressed, cube cut
3 tbsp fresh Basil leaves
1 tsp sea salt (adjust to taste)
1 tsp dry parsley leaves
1/4 tsp black pepper; crushed
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper(optional)
- Take a small bowl.
- Add tomatoes, tofu, basil, salt, dry parsley leaves, black pepper and crushed red chili pepper. Mix them together.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or lid.
- Keep the salad bowl in the fridge for 30mins
- The salad is ready to eat.
